It can constitute a regulatory compliance violation that may expose your business to enforcement actions, including fines, operational restrictions, or being required to suspend service until compliance obligations are met.

13. KYC and SIM Registration

KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification processes required to confirm the identity of subscribers at activation. SIM registration laws vary by country, but in the US, anti-fraud requirements mean you need a compliant identity verification flow integrated into your activation process.
