Single Flow Purchase Plan for Users
Step 1: First, navigate to the Users page in Enterprise Mobility section within the Spenza platform and select the user for whom the plan is to be purchased. This ensures that the plan is assigned to the correct individual within your organization. Proceed to the Actions menu and select “Purchase Plan“. This step initiates the process.
Step 2: Search for an existing device in the inventory. Select device allows you to check if the user already has an existing device that can be linked to the new plan. Add a new device to the inventory for users who do not have an existing device or require an upgrade. This flexibility ensures that each user has the necessary hardware to utilize the purchased plan effectively and he can fully benefit from the features of the new plan.
Step 3: Select the desired plan from the Spenza marketplace and set the activation date based on your organizational needs. By choosing the right plan, you can ensure that the user has the appropriate resources for their mobile needs.

Step 2: Once a user and device are assigned, go to “Purchase Plan“. Select the preferred plan and “Submit” to purchase the plan. Amount will be deducted from the credit balance.
